Are you a law firm?
No. We’re contract managers. We work alongside your lawyer when one’s needed, and save you their bill the rest of the time.
Q.2
Do you work with NGOs?
Yes, grant agreements, restricted-funding terms, partner MoUs, supplier panels. We offer a not-for-profit retainer rate.
Q.3
What if we already use a lawyer?
Keep them. We handle the admin, registry and risk reads; they handle the bespoke drafting and disputes. Most clients spend less on legal once we’re in.

How quickly can you start?
Typically two weeks from signed engagement. Faster for a one-off risk read.
